LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 3, PERSONNEL, SECTION 3-601, RELATED TO VACATION LEAVE SECTION 3-601(b)(i)(ii) THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1.. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 3-601, is amended to read: Section 3-601 Vacation Leave. (1) Amount Earned. (a) Each nonsupervisory employee shall earn vacation leave at the following rates: (i) from the beginning of the first to the end of the fifth consecutive year of full-time service at the rate of 10 working days per year (6.67 hours per month). (10 from the beginning of the sixth to the end of the fifteenth consecutive year of full- time service at the rate of 15 working days per year (10 hours per month). (iii) from the beginning of the sixteenth consecutive veir of full-time service and thereafter at the rate of 2.0 working days per year (13.33 hours per month). (h) flepirtment and division heads and other employees de» i'Inated as supervisory personnel (exceptpol ice staff officers) shall earn vacation leave at the following rags: (i) From the beginning of the first to the end of the fifth consecutive year of full-time srrvrr_e al the rate of 15 working days per yrar ( 10•hours per month). (ii) From the beginning of the sixth to the end of the fifteenth consecutive year of full- time service at the rate of 18 working days per year ( 12 hours per month)._ (iii) from the beginning of the sixteenth consecutive year of full-time service and thereafter at the rate of 20 working days per year (13.33 hours per month).
