That Section 9-231 entitled "Sewer Rental Rates" is hereby amended to read: Sec. 9-231. Sewer Rental Rates. Charges for sewer service to residential and nonresidential users within the City provided in Section 9-230 hereof shall be: Eighty-one cents ($.81) .per 100 cubic feet of water consumption as measured during the winter quarter (or as otherwise determined in Section 9-231 (1)) or a minimum of $13.15 per dwelling unit. Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effectC�fPfteen days after' its publication.
