HomeMy WebLinkAbout1524 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1981/09/211 September 21, 1981 ORDINANCE NO. 1524 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING GRANTING OF AUTHORIZATION FOR TELEPHONE CABINETS ON CITY STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The'City has title to the right of way for streets. Section 2. Northwestern Bell Telephone Company has requested an easement for communication purposes over, across and under the following portion of right-of-way at: Parcel 1. That part of an unopened 29th Street lying westerly of 'the west right-of-way line of Yosemite Avenue South, described as the south five (5) feet of the east one hundred twenty four (12A) feet and the northerly twenty five (25) feet of the southerly thirty (30) feet of the west five (5) feet of the east one hundred twenty four (124) feet. Section 3: The Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized on behalf of the City to grant authorization for communication pur- poses with Northwestern Bell Telephone Company on the described property within City street right-of-way upon payment of $100.00 by Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council September 21, 1981.
