HomeMy WebLinkAbout1511 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1981/06/01May 18, 1981 ORDINANCE NO. 1511 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE BY THE CITY OF PART OF LOT 4, BLOCK 42, ST. LOUIS PARK CENTRE THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. Lot was purchased for water tank and street and there is no longer a need for Lot 4, Block 42, St. Louis Park Centre except the North ten (10) feet. Sec. 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable value of said property is $400.00 plus the cost of removal of the water tank and building. Sec. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized on behalf of the City to execute a quit claim deed for the sale and conveyance of said property to Color -Ad Packaging Inc. for $400.00 to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase in full. Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its publication.
