LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING SECTION 14-172, PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14-172 is hereby amended to read: Section 14-172. Permitted Accessory Uses. Within any "I-1" Industrial District, the following uses shall be permitted accessory uses: (1) Signs as resulted in this ordinance. (2) The sale of leased vehicles when accomplished in connection with previous leasing of the same vehicles after purchase of such vehicles as new cars and not involving more than fifteen percent of the outside parking area. Said parking area shall conform to all ordinance requirements. There shall be no lighted sign related to such sales. Section 2. The City Council of St. Louis Park Ordains: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code Section 13-308 is amended by adding a subdivision to read: 13-308.1 Minor Defined. The term "minor", as used in relation to employment within a liquor establishment, refers to persons who are younger than the statutorily recognized age of majority as defined in Minnesota Statutes § 645.451 (2.) which is incor- porated herein. Section 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code Section 13-326 is amended by adding a subdivision to read: 13-326(2)(e). Minor Defined. The term "minor" as used in St. Louis Park Ordinance Code Section 13-326 and Sections 13-360 through 13-363 and Sections 13-365 through 13-370, shall refer to a person who is younger than the statutorily recognized drinking age as defined in Minnesota Statutes § 340.035 and § 340.731 which are incorporated herein.
