LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE BY REPEALING SECTION 2 -119 - THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS PARK ORDAINS: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance is amended by the repeal of Section 2-119, and the renumbering of Section 2-120, to read: 1 Section 2-118. Special Committees. All special committees shall be appointed by the presiding officer, when directed by the City Council. (Sec. 2-118 amended by Ordinance 1459, February 25, 1980) Section 2-119. Adjournment. A motion to adjourn shall always be in order but shall be subject to debate. (Sec. 2-119 deleted by Ordinance 1459; Sec. 2-120 renumbered 2-119 by Ordinance 1459, February 25, 1980) February, 1980 31 Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its publication.
