THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. All that part of Lots 5 and 6, Block 5, lying Southerly of a line drawn parallel with Wooddale Avenue from a point on the Easterly line of said lot, distant 150 feet Southerly from the Southerly line of said avenue, said 150 feet measured along the Easterly line of said lot 5, were purchased by the City for drainage purposes and there is no longer any need for the property. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable value of said property is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized on behalf of the City to execute a quit claim deed for the sale and conveyance of the property to Gordon D. Hirsch and Louella E. Hirsch for the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase in full. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council August 6, 1979.
