AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ORDINANCE CODE, CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING
DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, is amended as to
zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described
lands from their existing Land Use District classification as
indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to -wit:
An area bounded on the south by the centerline of State
Highway 7, on the west by the centerline of Raleigh Avenue,
on the north by a line parallel to and 266 feet south of
the centerline of Minnetonka Boulevard, and on the east
by a line parallel to and 515 feet east of the centerline
of Raleigh Avenu, shall be changed from R-4 Multiple Family
to PUD;
The area bounded on the north by Minnetonka Boulevard, on
the west by the centerline of Raleigh Avenue, then by a line
parallel to the centerline of Minnetonka Boulevard and 266
feet south thereof extending easterly 515 feet, then extending
southerly to the centerline of West 31st Street, extended
westerly, then extending easterly along the centerline of
West 31st Street to the centerline of Ottawa Avenue, thence
northerly along the centerline of Ottawa Avenue to the center-
line of Minnetonka Boulevard, shall be changed from B-2,
General Business, to PUD;
The area bounded by the centerline of State Highway 7 on the
south, on the west by a line parallel to and 515 feet east of
the centerline of Raleigh Avenue, on the north by the center-
line of West 31st Street, extended westerly and on the east
by the centerline of the vacated north/south alley in Block 2,
Mazey and Langons Addition; shall be changed from R -B, Resi-
dential Business, to PUD.
The area bounded on the west by the centerline of Ottawa Avenue,
on the south by the centerline of West 31st Street, on the east
by the centerline of the vacated north/south alley in Block 1,
Mazey and Langons Addition extending northerly to the north
line of Lot 7, Block 1 Mazey and Langons Addition, then
easterly along the north line of Lot 7 to the centerline
of Natchez Avenue, then north to the centerline of Minnetonka
Boulevard, then west to the centerline of Ottawa Avenue, shall
be changed from R -B, Residential Business, to PUD;

Lots 7 through 15, Block 1, Mazey and Langons Addition shall
be changed from R-3, One and Two Family District, to PUD;
Lots 2 through 5, Block 1, Oakenwald Addition shall be changed
from R-3, One and Two Family District, to PUD;
and Lots 1 through 8, Block 2, Mazey and Langons Addition
extending to the centerlines of adjacent rights of way shall
be changed from R-3, One and Two Family, to PUD;
and all lands within shall be developed in accordance with
Exhibit A, Final General PUD Plan (Case No. 78-41-Z).
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.
