LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING SECTION 14-150(3)(a)(iii), MOTOR FUEL STATIONS, IN THE B-1BUSINESS DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14-150(3)(a)(iii) is amended to read: appearance of all elevations and a description of the construction and materials to be used. (ii) Hours of operation in the B-1 District shall be between 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. (iii) The number of pumps in the B-1 District shall not exceed ten (10) and service stalls two (2). For the purposes of interpreting this section, the word pump shall mean a single nozzle or outlet on a gasoline dispenser, commonly referred to as a pump which delivers gasoline into a motor vehicle. (Sec. 14-150(3) (a) (iii) Added by Ord. 1422, Aug. 21, 1978) (iv) A fence of acceptable design not over six (6) feet in height or under four (4) feet which is at least ninety (90) per cent opaque, shall be constructed along the property line when said use abuts property residentially used or in one of the R Districts; said fence shall be adequately maintained. Application of this provision shall not require a fence within the required front yard. (v) No ingress or egress for the site shall be provided within 30 feet of the point of intersection of the setback lines adjacent to intersecting streets. (vi) All pump islands, liquid propane gas dispensers, air dispensers and other service devices shall be installed at least twelve (12) feet off and toward the interior of the lot from the required setback line, and no display, servicing of vehicles, parking or dispensing of gasoline shall take place within the setback area. On sites where pump islands have been constructed at the setback line, a landscaped area of eight (8) feet will be required. August 21, 1978 Sec. 2. Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or both. Sec. 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its publication.
