LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance, adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance NO. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing Land Use District classifications to the new Land Use District classifications as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit: The east 110 feet of the south 99 feet of the north 339 feet of the west 240 feet of the N.E. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of Section 5, Township 117, Range 21 shall be changed from R-4, Multiple Family, to B-2, Business District, all of which uses within shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said Use District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
