LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: 8a Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance, adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following des- cribed lands from their existing Land Use District classifications to the new Land Use District classification as indicated for the tract as herein- after set forth, to -wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of West 36th Street and Webster Avenue; thence Easterly along the Northerly right-of-way line of West 36th Street to the intersection with the Northwest right-of-way line of Belt Line Boulevard; thence Northeasterly along said Northwest right-of-way line of Belt Line Boulevard to the Northerly line of Block 2, Westmoreland Park Addition; thence Northeasterly along the Northerly line of Blocks 1 and 2, Westmoreland Park Addition, to the center line of Natchez Avenue; thence South along the center line of Natchez Avenue to the center line of West 36th Street; thence East along said center line to the extension North of the East line of Natchez Avenue; thence South along the East line of Natchez Avenue to the intersection of the Northeasterly line of Monterey Drive as now laid out; thence Southeasterly along said Northeast- erly line of Monterey Drive to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Excelsior Boulevard; thence Southeast to the North line of West 38th Street and the East line of Lynn Avenue; thence South along the East line of Lynn Avenue to the intersection of the Southerly line of the lots fronting on Excelsior Boulevard extended East in Blocks 3, 4 and 5, Minikanda Vista Addition; thence Southwesterly along said line to the Northeast corner of Lot 23 in said Block 3; thence Southeasterly along the Easterly line a distance of 19 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel with the Southerly line of lots fronting on Excelsior Boulevard to the Westerly line of Lot 22; thence Northwesterly along the Westerly line of said Lot 22 a distance of 19 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 22; thence continuing South- westerly along the Southerly line of lots fronting on Excelsior Boulevard to the East line of Quentin Avenue; thence South along the East line of Quentin Avenue to the center line of West 40th Street; thence Southwesterly along the Northerly line of West 40th Street to the Southeast corner of Lot 22, Block 1, Brookview Addition; thence Northwesterly along the Northeast line of Lot 22 to the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southwesterly along the Northerly line of said Block 1 and extended to the Westerly line of Wooddale Avenue; thence Northwesterly along said Westerly line to the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Billman's Addition; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 2 to the Southwest corner thereof; 1/ I LIMITED COMMERCIAL, QUALITY /INDUSTRIAL (See Attachment) 2 .0r0",,11,11...I ID 11 1 Welt 3Brh Sireel G�ZrdT tyl' I /Ir �► 0,14 uai !I{F e�.,,.._E_ , o-.
