LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 6, BY AMENDING SECTION 6-135(1), (2) AND DELETING SECTION 6-135(3) THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS PARK ORDAINS: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 6-135 is amended as follows. e paid by the person to whom the permit was issued. The City Manager is authorized to revoke any permit upon failure to comply with the provisions of this ordinance or with the current regulations of the Department of Public Works governing excavations. Revocation of permits shall be in the manner provided by ordinance for the revocation of licenses. Section 6-135. Excavation Permit Fees. (1) For all pavement designated as temporary by the City's five year Capital Improvement Program, the permit fee shall be $15 which shall be in'addition to all other fees for permit or charges relative to any proposed construction work. (Sec. 6-135(1) Amended by Ordinance 1356, December 20, 1976) (2) For all permanent streets, the permit fee shall be $50.00 which shall be in addition to all the fees for permits or charges relative to any proposed construction work. (Sec. 6-135(1)(2) Amended by Ordinance 1393, December 12, 1977) (3) (Sec. 6-135(3) Deleted by Ordinance 1393, December 12, 1977) (4) For excavations in public places which do not involve pavement, the permit fee shall be $2.00. (Sec. 6-135(4) Amended by Ordinance 1356, December 20, 1976) (5) Should any person, co -partnership or corporation begin work for which an excavation permit is required, without having secured the permit either previous to or during the day of commencement of work, or on the next succeeding business day November 23, 1977 94 Sec. 2. Penalty. Any person who violates this ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Sec. 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council December 12, 1977.
