LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance, adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing Land Use District classification to the new Land Use Dis- trict classification as indicated for each tract as hereinafter set {orth, to -wit: The area bounded by W. 36th Street, Texas Avenue, State Trunk Highway 7, and Aquila Avenue from R-4, Multiple Family, and B-2, Business, to PUD, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said district. Section 2. The final "PUD" plans (Case #77-19-Z) designated as Exhibit "A", Exhibit "B", and Exhibit "C" as modified by the City Planning Department on June 1, 1977, are hereby ordained to be the land use plan for the above described "PUD" Planned Unit Development District.
