ORDINANCE NO. 1372
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE
CODE, CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance, adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing
the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands
from their existing Land Use District classifications to the new Land Use
District classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth,
to -wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the north boundary of the City of
St. Louis Park and the east line of Lot 1, Block 1, John A. Johnson's
Addition extended northeasterly to said north boundary line; thence
extending easterly and southerly along the City boundary to its inter-
section with the centerline of State Highway 100; thence southerly
along the centerline of Highway 100 to a point on a line intersecting
Highway 100 and parallel to and 340 feet south of the centerline of
West 24 Street; thence west along said parallel line to its inter-
section with the northerly extension of the east line of Lot 2,
Block 1, Eaton's 3rd Addition; thence north along the northerly
extension of the east line of Lot 2, Block 1, Eaton's 3rd Addition,
to the north right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad
(BN); thence westerly along the north right-of-way line of the BN
Railroad to the east right-of-way line of the Minneapolis, Northfield,
and Southern Railroad (MN&S); thence northerly along the east right-
of-way line of the MN&S Railroad to the centerline of Cedar Lake Road;
thence northeasterly along the centerline of Cedar Lake Road to its
intersection with the centerline of Zarthan Avenue; thence northerly
along the centerline of Zarthan Avenue to the centerline of West 16
Street; thence westerly along said line to the west right-of-way line
of the MN&S Railroad; thence northerly along the west line of the MN&S
Railroad to the south line of Lot 1, Block 1, John A. Johnson's Addition;
thence easterly along the south line of Lot 1, Block 1, John A. Johnson's
Addition to the east line of said lot; thence northerly along the east
line of said lot extended northerly to the north City boundary which is
the point of beginning and there terminating.

from the B-2, I-1 and 1-2 Districts, to DDD, Diversified Development
District; all of which uses within shall comply with all of the
regulations applicable to said Use District.
Section 2. That the Guide Plan is hereby adopted for the DDD
district described in Section 1 and identified as Guide Plan Diversified
Development District, Highway 12 and Highway 100 area, May 16, 1977.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its
publication.

J R RITCHAY, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all times here stated has
been the vice president and printer of the newspaper known at The St Louis Park Sun and
has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows (1) Said newspaper is printed in the
English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed
space to at least 900 square inches (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least
once each week (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local
interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duphcate any other
publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements (4) Said
newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least
500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75% of its total
circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class
matter in its local post -office (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of St Louis Park,
Golden Valley School District No 275 and Robbinsdale School District No 281 in the County
of Hennepin and it has its known office of issue in the City of Bloomington in said county,
established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of
advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer of said
newspaper or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such
regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours and at which
said newspaper is printed (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the
State Historical Society (7) Said newspaper is made available at single or subscription prices
to any person, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association requesting the
newspaper and making the applicable payment (8) Said newspaper has complied with all
foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned
below (9) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January
1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretaiy of
State and signed by the managing officer of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary
public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper
