LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY DELETING SECTION 14-187 (4)(q) AND AMENDING SECTIONS 14-187(4)(r) AND 14-187(4)(s), PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDINGS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended by deleting Section 14-187(4)(q). Sec. 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14-187(4)(r), is hereby amended to read: Offices and Medical Offices having less than 20,000 square feet of floor area and Animal Hospitals. Five (5) parking spaces plus one (1) additional space for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet or fraction thereof of floor area over five hundred (500) square feet. Sec. 3. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14-187(4)(s), is hereby amended to read: Offices and Medical Offices having 20,000 or more square feet of floor area, Banks, Savings Institutions. At least one (1) parking space for each two hundred (200) square feet or fraction thereof of floor area. Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take e fect fifteen days after its publication.
