LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 730 BY AMENDING SECTIONS 6:064.6, 6:074,6 AND 6:084.7 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 730, Sections 6:064.6, 6:074.6 and 6:084.7 are amended to read: Section 6:064.6, A single-family house which legally existed, or for which a valid building permit had been granted on or before December 28, 1959, may be expanded by an addition or dormer, provided the height of the highest roof of the existing building is not exceeded nor does the addition extend beyond the existing side yard setback line, provided the combined width of the side yard for said building and the adjacent building thereto is not less than ten (10) feet. Section 6:074.6. A single-family house which legally existed, or for which a valid building permit had been granted on or before December 28, 1959, may be expanded by an addition or dormer, provided the height of the highest roof of the existing building is not exceeded nor does the addition extend beyond the existing side yard setback line, provided the combined width of the side yard for said building and the adjacent building thereto is not less than ten (10) feet. Section 6:084.7.
