HomeMy WebLinkAbout1332 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1976/05/03April 22, 1976 ORDINANCE NO. 1332 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFERS OF FUNDS AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PRIOR YEARS' ACCRUED SALARIES AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1976 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the sum of $107,029 be transferred from the Fund Balance of the General Fund, account 01 2600 to the following accounts in the General Fund, to provide appropriations for prior years' accrued salaries and salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976. 4110-000-02 City Manager's Office $ 4,609 4110-000-03 City Clerk/Treasury 1,988 4110-000-04 Assessing 11,053 4110-000-05 Accounting and Internal Auditing 7,862 4110-000-06 Legal 535 4110-000-07 Planning 6,846 4110-000-13 Police Protection 25,484 4110-000-14 Fire Protection 5,652 4110-000-15 Inspectional Services 12,942 4110-000-21 Engineering 15,215 4110-000-22 Municipal Maintenance Services 6,798 4110-000-08 City Hall Operation and Maintenance 2,450 4504-000-35 Transfer to Recreation Fund 5,595 Total $107,029 Section 2. That the sum of $605 be appropriated from the Fund Balance of the Civil Defense Fund, account 02-2600 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 02-4110-000-17 Civil Defense $ 605 Section 3. That the estimated revenue of the Recreation Fund, account 04-3901 "Transfer from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the additional amount of $5,595 resulting from "transfer" in Section 1, and that said sum be appropriated from the Fund Balance of the Recreation Fund, account 04-2600 to the following account for prior years' accrued salaries and salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976. 04-4110-301-36 Organized Recreation $ 5,595 Section 4. That the estimated revenue of the Print Shop and Stores Fund, account 77-3801 "Reimbursement from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the additional amount of $1,259 and that said sum be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Print Shop and Stores Fund, account 77-2660 to the following account for prior years' accrued salaries and salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976. 77-4410-000-68 Print Shop and Stores $ 1,259 r Section 5. That the estimated revenue of the Municipal Service Center Fund, account 75 3801 "Reimbursement from Other Funds", be re -estimated in the additional amount of $2,806 and that said sum be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the MSC Fund, Acct. 75 2660, to the following account for prior years' accrued salaries and salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 75-4110-000-67 Municipal Service Center $ 2,806 Section 6. That the sum of $3,307 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Water Utility Fund, account 81 2660, to the following account for prior years' accrued salaries and salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 81-4110-000-41 Administration & General $ 3,307 Section 7. That the sum of $1,419 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund, account 83 2660 to the following account for prior years' accrued salaries and salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 83-4110-000-47 Sanitary Sewer Maintenance $ 1,419 Section 8. That the sum of $4,827 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Recreation Center Fund, account 87 2660 to the following account for prior years' accrued salaries and salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 87-4110-000-52 Organized Recreation $ 4,827 Section 9. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate account- ing entries to be made in the books and records of the City. Section 10. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1976. Adopted by the City Council May 3, 1976.
