LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 730, Zoning Map, is hereby amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land: Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 281; Lots 1 2, and 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 327; Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 316, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park; Block 306, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park; Lots 1-5, Block 163, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park; Lots 1-18, Block 324, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park; Lots 1, 2 and 6, Block 323, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park; and Walker Street from the center line of First Street Northwest to the east line of Block 307, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park from "I-1" Industrial to "PUD" Planned Unit Development District, and Lots 40-48, Block 316, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park, from "R-4" Multiple Family to "PUD" Planned Unit Development District. Sec. 2. The final "PUD" plans designated Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" are hereby ordained to be the land use plan for the above-described "PUD" Planned Unit Development District. Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
