HomeMy WebLinkAbout1320 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1976/03/01* ORIGINAL • FEBRUARY 17, 1976 ORDINANCE NO. 1320 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFERS OF FUNDS AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR SALARY ADJUST- MENTS FOR YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1976. THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the sum of $30,000 be transferred from the Emergency Appropriation of the General Fund, account 01 4467 000 34 to the following accounts in the General Fund, to provide appropriations for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976. 4110 000 22 Municipal Maintenance Services 4110 000 24 Lighting and Traffic Control TOTAL $28,000 2,000 $30,000 Section 2. That the estimated revenue of the Municipal Service Center Fund, account 75 3801 "Reimbursement from Other Funds", be re -estimated in the additional amount of $5,000 and that said sum be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the MSC Fund, Acct. 75-2660, to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 75 4110 000 67 Municipal Service Center $5,000 Section 3. That the sum of $9,000 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Water Utility Fund, account 81 2660, to the following accounts for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 81 4110 000 42 Source of Supply 81 4110 000 43 Distribution TOTAL $3,000 6,000 $9,000 Section 4. That the sum of $9,000 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund, account 83 2660 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1976: 83 4110 000 47 Sanitary Sewer Maintenance $9,000 MI Section 9 That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City. Section 10. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1976. Adopted by the City Council March 1, 1976.
