LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 730 BY ADDING SECTIONS 6:032.65, 6:032.66 AND 6:122.19 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 730, Section 6:032, is amended by addinn Sections 6:032.65 and 6:032.66 to read: Section 6:032.65. Massage Parlor. A principal use where for a fee, the rubbing, stroking, kneading, tapping or rolling of the body with the hands or objects is done for the exclusive purposes of relaxing, physical fitness, or beautification, and for no other purposes. Section 6:032.66. Sauna. A principal use which means a facility where for a fee, steam or heat bathing, relaxation or reducing occurs in a room with the body being exposed to hot air which may be relatively dry or moist. Sec. 2. Ordinance No. 730, Section 6:122, is amended by adding Section 6:122.19 to read: Section 6:122.19. Massage parlor, sauna, provided the use shall not be located within 150 feet of any R-1 or R-2 District, or any property used for single-family purposes, and provided no sinning or direct outside lighting for the use shall be visible from any R-1 or R-2 District or from property used for single-family purposes. Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
