LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Lot 15, Boulevard Second Addition was purchased by the City for drainage purposes and there is no longer any public need for the property. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable market value of said property is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000). Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized in behalf of the City to execute a quit -claim deed for the sale and conveyance of said property to Westridge Homes, Inc. for the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase in full. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council Dece .l 1, 1975.
