I-293 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE BY THE CITY OF THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 5 AND ALL OF LOT 6, BLOCK 9, WOODDALE PARK THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The South 30 feet of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, Block 9, Wooddale Park was purchased by the City for drainage purposes and there is no longer any need for the property. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable value of said property is Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty -Two and 13/100 Dollars ($4,632.13). Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized on behalf of the City to execute a quit claim deed for the sale and conveyance of the property to Preserve our Woods, Inc. for the sum of Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty -Two and 13/100 Dollars ($4,632.13) to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase in full. • Section 4.
