LOUIS PARK THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Lots 6 and 7 are hereby designated for an off street parking lot for lands adjacent to the south described as Lot 8; Lot 9; the north 49.8 feet of Lot 10 and the west 95 feet of the south .2 feet of Lot 10; and the east 75 feet of the south .2 feet of Lot 10 and the east 75 feet of Lot 11, all in Block 3, Brookview Park Addition to St. Louis Park. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable market value of Lots 6 and 7, improved as a parking lot, is Twenty Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Four Dollars and four cents ($20,574.04). Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized in behalf of the City to execute a contract for a quit claim deed as follows: An undivided 36.667% interest in Lots 6 and 7 to Par Company, a partner- ship consisting of Harold D. Peterson, LeRoy W. Otto and Leonard P.Allman, owners of Lot 8, Block 3, Brookview Park Addition to St. Louis Park, being a total sum of $7,543.81 plus interest. An undivided 26.667% interest in Lots 6 and 7 to LeRoy H. Jessen, owner of Lot 9, Block 3, Brookview Park Addition to St. Louis Park, being a total sum of $5,486.41 plus interest. An undivided 20.0% interest in Lots 6 and 7 to Ethel Wabbe, owner of the north 49.8 feet of Lot 10 and the west 95 feet of the south .2 feet of Lot 10, Block 3, Brookview Park Addition to St. Louis Park, being a total sum of $4,114.81 plus interest. An undivided 16.66% interest in Lots 6 and 7 to Robert B. Hill, owner of the east 75 feet of the south .2 feet of Lot 10 and the east 75 feet of Lot 11, Block 3, Brookview Park Addition to St. Louis Park, being a total sum of $3,429.01 plus interest. r • • • Section 4. The parties herein named have signed contracts with the City to pay 25% down and the balance to be paid in five annual installments to- gether with interest at seven percent (7%) on the unpaid balance commencing with the first day of March 1976. Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
