LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the sum of $800 be appropriated from the Fund Balance of the Civil Defense Fund, account 02 2600 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1975: 02 4110 000 17 Civil Defense $800 Section 3. That the estimated revenue of the Recreation Fund, account 04 3901 "Transfer from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the additional amount of $3,600 resulting from "transfer" in Section 1, and that said sum be appropriated from the Fund Balance of the Recreation Fund, account 04 2600 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1975: 04 4110 301 36 Organized Recreation $3,600 Section 4. That the estimated revenue of the Print Shop and Stores Fund, account 77 3801 "Reimbursement from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the additional amount of $1,300 and that said sum be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Print Shop and Stores Fund, account 77 2660 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year ]975: 77 4410 000 68 Print Shop and Stores $1,300 Section 5. That the estimated revenue of the Municipal Service Center Fund, account 75 3801 "Reimbursement from Other Funds", be re -estimated in the additional amount of $6,200 and that said sum be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the MSC Fund, Acct. 75 2660, to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1975: 75 4110 000 67 Municipal Service Center $6,200 Section 6. That the sum of $13,400 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Water Utility Fund, account 81 2660, to the following accounts for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1975: 81 4110 000 42 Source of Supply $3,752 81 4110 000 41 Administration & General $2,680 81 4110 000 43 Distribution $6,968 Section 7. That the sum of $9,000 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund, account 83 2660 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1975: 83 4110 000 47 Sanitary Sewer Maintenance $9,000 Section 8. That the sum of $4,000 be appropriated from the Retained Earnings of the Recreation Center Fund, account 87 2660 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1975: 87 4110 000 52 Organized Recreation $4,000 Section 9. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City. Section 10. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1975. RITCHAY, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all times here stated has been the vice president and printer of the newspaper known at The St Louis Park Sun and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post -office (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of St Louis Park, Golden Valley School District No. 275 and Robbinsdale School District No 281 in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of issue in the City of Bloomington in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business of the news- paper and business related thereto (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
