LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE SECTION 2:1303 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 2:1303 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code i3 amended to read: Section 2:1303. Application for License. Every person desiring a license for "on", "off", or "Sunday" sales shall file an application in such form as may be prescribed as the City Council may require. The application for a "Sunday sale" license may be included on an application for an "on sale" license. All fees required to be paid in connection with such licenses shall be paid at the time of filing of the application. In the event that the application is denied for an "on sale" license the sum of $500.00 or the sum of $100.00 for each owner of a partial interest in the ownership of, or beneficial interest in such proposed license, whichever is greater, shall not be refunded. If an application for an "off sale" license is denied the sum of $100.00 or the sum of $50.00 for each owner of a partial interest in the ownership of, or beneficial interest in such proposed license, whichever is greater, shall not be refunded. Section 2. Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days or both. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
