LOUIS PARK HOME RULE CHARTER THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: 0 Section 1. Section 11.04 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Official Bonds" is amended to read: Section 11.04. Official Bonds. The city manager, the city clerk, and city treasurer and such other officers of employees of the city, as may be provided for by ordinance, shall each, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices or employment, give a corporate surety bond to the city in such form and in such amount as may be fixed by the council as security for the faithful performance of their respective official duties and the safekeeping of the public funds. Such bonds shall be approved by the city council and approved as to form by the city attorney and they shall be filed with the city clerk. The premiums on the corporate surety bonds hereinbefore provided for shall be paid by the city. Section 2. Section 11.10 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Tenure, Powers and Duties of Present Officers" is hereby repealed. Section 3. Section 11.11 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Application of General Laws" shall be renumbered as Section 11.10. Section 4. Section 11.12 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Existing Ordinances, Regulations, Boards and Commissions Continued" is hereby repealed. Section 5. Section 11.13 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Pending Condemnations and Assessments" is hereby repealed. Section 6. Section 11.14 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Civil Service Commission" shall be renumbered as Section 11.11. Section 7. This ordinance shall take effit ninety days after its passage and publication. County of Hennepin and it has its known office of issue in the City of Bloomington in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business of the news- paper and business related thereto (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society (7) Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and
