LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE" BY AMENDING SECTION 6:032 RULES AND DEFINITIONS AND SECTION 6:122 USES PY SPECIAL PERMIT THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 6:032 is hereby amended by adding: Section 6:032.58. Hotel -Apartment: A Hotel in which up to 257, of the total units may be used for dwelling purposes Section 2. That Section 6:122 is hereby amended by adding: Section 6:122.16. Hotel -Apartment provided no more than 25% of the units are apartments. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
