LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, SECTION 3:100 THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS PARK ORDAINS: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Code, Section 3:100, is amended to read: Section 3:100. Adoption of State Highway Traffic Regulation and Driver's License Acts. The following statutes of the state of Minnesota, as amended, are adopted by reference and made a part of this section, and are in force and effect as of August, 1973, three copies of which are marked as official copies and filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk: All of Chapter 169, Minnesota Statutes, known as the "Highway Traffic Regulation Act", excepting the following sections: Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3 of Section 169.06; Subdivision 9 of Section 169.09; Sections 169.10, 169.11, 169.27, 169.66, 169.77, 169.78; Subdivision 6 of Section 169.83; and Section 169.87. All of Chapter 170, Minnesota Statutes, known as the "Safety Responsibility Act" except Section 170.50, Subdivision 2 thereof. All of Chapter 171, Minnesota Statutes, known as the "Drivers' License Law" except Section 171.04. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its publication. LOUISPARKSUN State of Minnesota 1. County of Hennepin SS.
