I a' b AUGUST 20, 1973 7D AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1227 ADOPTED MAY 29, 1973 AUTHORIZING SALE BY THE CITY OF OF LOT 24 AND THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 25, BLOCK 4, BOULEVARD HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1227 adopted May 29, 1973 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. Lot 24 and the south 15 feet of Lot 25, Block 4, subject to an easement for storm sewer over the south eight (8) feet of Lot 24, Block 4, Boulevard Heights Second Addition was purchased by the City for drainage purposes and there is no longer any public need for the property. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable market value of said property is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.) Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized on behalf of the City to execute a quit claim deed for the sale and conveyance of said property to Harry N. Rhodes for the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase in full. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
