LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Lot 30 and the North 28 feet of Lot 29, Block 1, Wooddale Park Addition, subject to an easement for alley and utility purposes over the east eight (8) feet was purchased by the City for drainage purposes and there is no longer any public need for the property. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable market value of said property is Twenty -Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($25,500). Section 3. The,Mayor•and City Manager are hereby authorized in behalf of the City to:,execute a quit claim deed for the sale and conveyance of said proliertMto' John R. Deinema for the sum of Twenty -Five Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($25,500) to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase in full. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
