LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING SECTION 6:176.L., SUBDIVISION 1 RELATING TO IIINIIIUM SIZE OF LAND TRACT REQUIRED TO QUALIFY FOR A RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT UNIT THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 6.176.4, Subdivision 1 is hereby amended to read as follows: A tract of land for which a project is proposed and permit requested shall contain sufficient area to meet the requirements and objectives of the residential development unit and other requirements of the zoning ordinance. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
