LOUIS PARK HOME RULE CHARTER THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 11.04 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Official Bonds" is amended to read: Section 11.04. Official Bonds. The city manager, the city clerk and city treasurer and such other officers or employees of the city, as may be provided for by ordinance, shall each, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices or employment, give a corporate surety bond to the city in such form and in such amount as may be fixed by the council as security for the faithful performance of their respective official duties and the safekeeping of the public funds. Such bonds shall be approved by the city council and they shall be filed with the city clerk. The provisions of the laws of the state relating to official bonds, not inconsistent with this charter, shall be complied with. The premiums on the corporate surety bonds hereinbefore provided for shall be paid by the city except in the case of justices of the peace. Section 2.
