AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE BY THE CITY OF NORTH TUENTY (20) FEET OF LOT 22 AND ALL OF LOT 23, BLOCK 4, BOULEVARD HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The north twenty (=0) feet of Lot 22 and all of Lot 23, Block 4, subject to an easement for sanitary seer over the north sig: (6) feet of Lot 23, Block 4, Boulevard Heights Second Addition was purchased by the City for drainage purposes and there is no longer any public need for the property. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable market value of said property is Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($5,600). Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized in behalf of the City to execute a quit claim deed for the sale and conveyance of said property to Duane H. Rolstad for the sum of Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($5,600) to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase in full. Section 4.
