LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. It is hereby determined that the Planning Commission has initiated street vacation proceedings with respect to the portion of street hereinafter described and the Clerk having published notice in the official newspaper, the St. Louis Park Sun, met at the time and place as published and having conducted a public hearing have determined that said portion of street is not needed for roadway purposes except as described below, and that it is for the best interests of the public that said portion of street be vacated. Section 2. The following described portion of street except reserving a permanent utility easement over the entire tract, as now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, is hereby vacated: That part of Hest 29th Street lying west of the westerly line of Flag Avenue and within the bounds of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, J. F. Lyons 4th Addition and further described as being 20 feet on each side of the following described line: Beginning at the southwest corner of the S.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 7, Township 117, Range 21; thence north along the west line of said quarter - quarter to its intersection with the easterly extension of the northerly line of the South 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 1, J. F. Lyons 4th Addition; thence northwesterly on a tangential curve to the left, radius 100 feet delta angle 39'29'', a distance of 156.1 feet; thence westerly tangent to last described curve to the westerly line of said Lot 3, Block 1, J. F. Lyons 4th Addition and there terminating. And the following described tract shall be retained for street easement; that portion of Lot 3, Block 1, J. F. Lyons 4th Addition lying easterly of the following described line: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, J. F. Lyons 4th Addition; thence northwesterly to a point on the north line of Lot 3, Block 1, J. F. Lyons 4th Addition lying 35 feet west of the northeast corner thereof; thence east to the northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence south along the east line of Lot 3 to the point of beginning. • • • Section 3.
