LOUIS PARK THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. It is hereby determined that the following described lands in the City of St. Louis Park, County of Hennepin, Minnesota: All of Lots 15 to 30 inclusive including 16 foot vacated alley north of Lots 18 to 24 inclusive, Block 26, together with the west 30 feet of Webster vacated east of Lot 18, Block 26, also Lot 13, Block 75 including the 16 foot alley vacated north of Lot 13, all in Rearrangement of St. Louis Park, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota, title to which is now in the City of St. Louis Park, is no longer needed for City garage purposes for which it was acquired and it is in the best interests of the City that same be sold. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the City of St. Louis Park has received a bona fide net bid in the sum of Seventy -One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety -Four and No/100 Dollars ($71,394.00) for purchase of the above described property from Hoigaards, inc. including demolition and disposal of the existing structures thereon. Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized in behalf of the City to execute a warranty deed for the sale and convey- ance of said property to Hoigaards, inc. for the sum of Seventy -One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety -Four and No/100 Dollars ($71,394.00) to be delivered upon receipt of said purchase price in full. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by t • Council Ma 6, 1972.
