HomeMy WebLinkAbout1168 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1971/10/18Original ORDINANCE NO. 1168 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1972 AND AMENDING THE 1971 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 1124 A ND AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 1136, 1138, 1143, 1150 AND 1151 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Thr.t the annual budget for the fiscal year 1971 of the City of St. Louis Park which was adopted by Ordinance 1124 and amended by Ordinance 1136, 1138, 1143, 1150 and 1151 is hereby further amended to adopt the estimated revenues and expenditures as presented in the 1971 columns of the 1972 budget as adopted by Section 1 of this ordinance. (7) Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
