LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. It is hereby determined that the Planning Commission has initiated street and alley vacation proceedings with respect to the portions of alleys and streets hereinafter described, and the Clerk having published notice in the official newspaper, the St. Louis Park Sun, met at the time and place as published in said notice and having conducted a public hearing on said vacation and having determined that said portions of alleys and streets are not needed for public purposes, and that it is for the best interests of the public that said portions of alleys and streets be vacated. Section 2. The following described portions of streets and alleys as now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, are hereby vacated: Raleigh Avenue from a point 20 ft. south of the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 6, Block 4, Uestmoreland Park Add. southerly to the westerly extension of Lot 13, Block 11, Westmoreland Park Add. Quentin Avenue from a point 20 ft. south of the westerly extension of Lot 5, Block 5, Westmoreland Park Addition southerly to the westerly extension of Lot 10, Block 10, Westmoreland Park Addition. Princeton Avenue from a point 20 ft. south of the westerly extension of Lot 6, Block 6, TTestmoreland Park Addition southerly to the northerly boundary of R.L.S. No. 2. Ottawa Avenue from a point 124 53 feet south of and parallel to the northwesterly extension of the .northeasterly line of Block 7, West- moreland Park Addition; southerly to the westerly extension of the south line of Lot 8, Block 8, Westmoreland Park Addition. West 37th Street from the southerly extension of theEast line of Block 7, Westmoreland Park Addition westerly to the southerly extension of the west line of Block 6, tTestmoreland Park Addition. West 37th Street from the northerly extension of the east line of Block 10, Uestmoreland Park Addition, southwesterly to the northwesterly extension of the west line of Block 10, Westmoreland Park Addition. West 37th Street from the southerly extension of the easterly line of Block 4, Westmoreland Park Addition westerly to the southerly extension of the west line of Block 4, Westmoreland Park Addition. That part of the alley in Block 7, Uestmoreland Park Addition extending southerly from the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 4, Block 7, TTestmoreland Park Addition. That part of the alley in Block 8, ?'estmoreland Park Addition except that part south of the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 8, Block 8, Westmoreland Park Addition. All the alleys in Blocks 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, Westmoreland Park Addition. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare a Notice of Completion containing a copy of this ordinance and to file the same for record forthwith in the office of the Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles, in and for the County of Hennepin, Minnesota, as the case may be. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
