AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING OFFICIAL MAP
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City of St. Louis Park hereby amends the
Official Map as heretofore adopted by resolutions by adding the
following as shown on the renderings attached hereto as Exhibits
A, B, and C which are hereby incorporated by reference and in
which is included the property in the City of St. Louis Park,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as follows:
EXHIBIT "A"
Northeasterly 230 feet of that part of Northeast �
of Southeast lying Southeasterly of Great Northern
Railroad and West Northwesterly of St. Paul Minneapolis
and Manitoba Railroad and Southwesterly of center line
of Virginia Avenue.
EXHIBIT "B"
The North 844 feet of the Southeast of the Northwest
k of Section 17, Township 117, Range 21.
Tract D of Registered Land Survey Number 529 in the
Southwest of the Northeast k of Section 17, Town-
ship 117, Range 21 in Hennepin County.
EXHIBIT "C"
That part of the Southeast Quarter (SE') of the Northeast
Quarter (NE's) of the Southwest Quarter (SWC) of Section
31, Township 29, Range 24 described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the East line
of said quarter -quarter -quarter section with the North
line of Lot 5, Block 1, Woodridge extended Easterly,
thence West to the Northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence
North and Northwesterly along the East and Northeasterly
lines of Lot 4, Block 1, Woodridge to the Northerly
corner of said Lot 4; thence Northeasterly along an
extension of the Northwesterly line of said Lot 4 to
the East line of said quarter -quarter -quarter section;

East along said North line to the point of intersection

Commencing at the intersection of the West line of PEABODY
ADDITION to St. Louis Park extended Southerly, and the Northerly
line of BARRETT'S ADDITION to Minneapolis; thence North along
said West line extended 57.93 feet, thence East parallel with
the North and South quarter section lines to the Southerly
line of PEABODY ADDITION to St. Louis Park; thence South on a
line parallel with the East and West quarter section lines to
the Northerly line of BARRETT'S ADDITION to Minneapolis;
thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of BARRETT'S

North line of said Lot 8 a distance of 25 feet; thence South-

to the point of beginning.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
