LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The City of St. Louis Park hereby amends the Official Map as heretofore adopted by resolutions by adding the following as shown on the renderings attached hereto as Exhibits A, B, and C which are hereby incorporated by reference and in which is included the property in the City of St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as follows: EXHIBIT "A" Northeasterly 230 feet of that part of Northeast � of Southeast lying Southeasterly of Great Northern Railroad and West Northwesterly of St. Paul Minneapolis and Manitoba Railroad and Southwesterly of center line of Virginia Avenue. EXHIBIT "B" The North 844 feet of the Southeast of the Northwest k of Section 17, Township 117, Range 21. Tract D of Registered Land Survey Number 529 in the Southwest of the Northeast k of Section 17, Town- ship 117, Range 21 in Hennepin County.
