LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE SECTION 1:190.01 ENTITLED "MEMBERSHIP" AND SECTION 1:190.05 ENTITLED "TERM" RELATING TO THE CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMISSION THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARI: DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 190.01 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, entitled "Membership" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1:190.01. Membership. The Commission shall consist of seventeen members, fifteen regular members and two ex officio members, all appointed as hereinafter set forth. Section 2. That Section 1:190.05 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code entitled "term" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1:190.05. Term The fifteen regular members of the commission shall be appointed for staggered terms of three years each by the City Council. Terms shall run until a successor is appointed. One third of the commission memberships shall expire each year. The Council shall appoint a person to complete the unexpired term. A member of ehe committee may be removed with or without cause by the City Council. One ex officio voting member, who shall be a member of the City Council, shall be appointed by the City Council for a one year term. The Council member shall serve as an ex officio member for not more than two consecutive years One ex officio member, who shall be a representative of the youth of the City, shall be appointed by the City Council and serve a term of one year. Such member shall be appointed as soon as practicable after the first day of September each year and shall attend all meetings, shall vote, and shall be counted in determining a quorum. Section 3.
