LOUIS PARK HOME RULE CHARTER ENTITLED "DISQUALIFICATION FOR APPOINTIVE OFFICE" THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 2.04 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of St. Louis Park entitled "Disqualification for Appointive Office", is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2.04. Disqualification for Appointive Office. No member of the Council shall be appointed acting or permanent City Manager, nor shall any member hold concurrently any other paid municipal office or employment under the City. Until one year after the expiration of his term as Mayor or Councilman no former member shall be appointed to any paid office or employment under the city other than Mayor or Councilman which office or employment was created or the emoluments of which were increased during his term as Councilman. • Section 2. This ordinance shall tale effect 90 days after its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council June 14, 1971.
