LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Resolution No. 1271 entitled, ''Resolution to adopt and authorize publication and filing of map of future streets or other public use Raleigh Avenue and Industrial Road north of Excelsior Boulevard and east of Highway 100", adopted Hay 9, 1960, and Resolution No. 4003 entitled, "Resolution correcting Resolution No. 1271, adopted May 9, 1960 which adopted and authorized publication and filing of map of future streets or other public use relating to Raleigh Avenue and Industrial Road north of Excelsior Boulevard and east of Highway 100", adopted August 17, 1970 are hereby repealed in their entirety. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council une 14, 1971.
