LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR 1 • THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 2:1307(j) entitled "Conditions of License" of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code relating to intoxicating liquor is hereby amended as follows: Section 2:1307 (j) (1) Subject to the provisions of subsection (2) hereof every room, place or premises wherein such liquor is permitted to be or is sold, including any cafe, rest- aurant or dining room operated in connection therewith, or as part thereof, pursuant to an "on sale" license, shall be closed and kept closed to the public on every day between the hours of one o'clock A.M. (midnight on Sundays) and six o'clock A.M. During the said hours no person, or persons shall be allowed to be or remain upon, or within such room, place or premises for any purpose whatsoever, except that the owner or licensee, his agents, or servants, or employees may be and remain therein and thereon for the purpose only of cleaning, preparation of meals, necessary repairs, or other work in connection therewith or as watchman. (2) A cafe, restaurant, or dining room operated in connection with a place or premise wherein intoxicating liquor is permitted to be sold may remain open to the public after the hour of one o'clock A.M. solely for the purpose of serving food, if: (a) in the event that all intoxicating liquor on the premises is contained in a room separate from the room wherein fo d is served, its doors shall be locked at one o'clock A.M. (midnight on Sundays) and any other steps necessary to insure that no intoxicating liquor shall be served or available after the hour of one o'clock A.M. shall be taken; or if (b) in the event that all intoxicating liquor on the premises is not contained in a room separate from the room wherein food is served, all intoxicating liquor on the premises shall be physically locked in storage facilities adequate to insure that no intoxicating liquor shall be served or available to any person after the hour of one o'clock (midnight on Sundays) 6 Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council June 7, 1971.
