LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the sum of $26,676 be transferred from the Emergency Appropriation of the General Fund, account 101-4975-1349 to the following accounts in the General Fund, to provide appropriations for salary ad- justments for fiscal year 1971: 4220-1100 Street Maintenance $15,420 4240-1100 Traffic Signs, Signal and Markings 1,470 4320-1100 Storm Sewer Maintenance 2,426 4752-1100 Tree Maintenance 750 4990-3905 Transfer to Park Fund 6,610 Total General Fund $26.676 Section 2. That the estimated revenue of the Park Fund, account 207-3911 "Transfer from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the additional amount of $6,610 resulting from "transfer" in Section 1, and that said sum be ap- propriated from the Unappropriated Surplus of the Park Fund account 207- 265 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1971: 207-4751-1100 Municipal Parks $6,610 Section 3. That the estimated revenue of the Central Garage Fund, account 603-3811 "Reimbursement from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the ad- ditional amount of $2,940 and that said sum be appropriated from the Un- appropriated Surplus of the Central Garage Fund, account 603-265, to the` following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1971: 603-4923-1100 Equipment Maintenance Shop $2,940 Section 4. That the sum of $7,052 be appropriated from the Unappropri- ated Surplus of the Water Utility Fund, account 701-265, to the following accounts for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1971: 701-4821-1100 701-4824-1100 Source of Supply $3,526 Distribution 3,526 Section 5. That the sum of $7,790 be appropriated from the unappropri- ated Surplus of the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund, account 703-265 to the following account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1971: 703-4841-1100 Sanitary Sewer Maintenance $7,790 Section 6. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City. Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect December 28, 1970. (7) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below.
