APPOINTMENT TO THE PAPERS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COIIiiISSION TILE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DCES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Subdivision 3 of Section 1:130 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, entitled 'Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission' is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1:130. Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission. Membership and Terms. Subd. 3. One member and one alternate shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Board of Independent School District No. 203 for a three year term unless such appointment shall be sooner terminated by said Board. The member and alternate to the Commission need not be members of the Board but must be residents of the City. Such member and alternate shall be appointed as soon as practicable after the 1st day of January in the year in which such term shall commence to serve until 31st day of December of the third year of such term and until their successors shall qualify. Such alternate may attend all meetings and in the absence of such member shall vote and shall be counted in determining a quorum. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council Janu•ry 4, 1971.
