AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ZONING
ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28,
1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended
by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following
described lands from their existing Land Use District classifications to
the new Land Use District classifications as indicated for each tract as
hereinafter set forth, to -wit:
That part of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter
of Section 7, Township 28, Range 24 Hennepin County bounded by a line
described as beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northeast one-
quarter of the Northwest one-quarter; thence easterly along north line
of said Northeast one-quarter of Northwest one-quarter a distance of
519.12 feet to the West line of Block 5, Minikanda Vista Second Addition;
thence Southerly 229.55 feet along the West line of Block 5, Minikanda
Vista Second Addition to a point 30 feet north of the Northeast corner
of Registered Land Survey No. 832; measured at right angle to the North
line thereof; thence Southwesterly to a point 30 feet North of the
Northwest corner of Registered Land Survey No. 832 measured along the
West line extended; thence Westerly along a line parallel to the North
line of said Northeast one-quarter of Northwest one-quarter to the West
line of said Northeast one-quarter of Northwest one-quarter; thence
Northerly to the point of beginning from R-4, One to Eleven Family
Residence District, to R -B, Residential Business District, and
That part of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of
Section 7, Township 28, Range 24 Hennepin County described as the South
30 feet of proposed West 39th Street bounded by a line beginning at
a point in the West line of Block 5, Minikanda Vista measured 30
feet North of and parallel to the North line of Registered Land Survey
No. 832 and extending Westerly to a point in a line extending Westerly
from the Northwest corner of Registered Land Survey No. 832 parallel
to the North line of said Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-
quarter to the West line thereof; thence Easterly along said line to
the Northwest corner of Registered Land Survey No. 832; thence Easterly
to the Northeast corner of Registered Land Survey No. 832; thence North
to the point of beginning from R-4, One to Eleven Family Residence District,
to B-2, Business District, and
That part of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter
of Section 7, Township 28, Range 24 Hennepin County bounded by a line
described as beginning at a point on the West line of said Northeast
one-quarter of Northwest one-quarter being 346 feet North of the center
line of Excelsior Boulevard and parallel thereto, said point being the

center line of West 39th Street; thence Northeasterly along the
center line of West 39th Street to the intersection of a line
drawn Westerly from the Northwest corner of Registered Land Survey
No. 832 and parallel to the North line of said Northeast one-quarter
of the Northwest one-quarter to the West line thereof; thence Southerly
along the West line of said Northeast one-quarter of Northwest one-
quarter to the point of beginning; from B-2, Business District
to R -B, Residential Business District, all of which uses shall
comply with all of the regulations applicable to said Use Districts.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its
publication.
Adopted by the City Council June 29, 1970.

has been the vice president and printer of the newspaper known as The St Louis Park Sun
and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper
is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form
equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and
is distributed at least once each week (3) Said newspaper' has 50% of its news columns devoted
to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not' wholly
duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and
advertisements (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports
to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly dehvered to paying subscribers, has an average of
at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears
and has entry as second-class matter in its local post•office (5) Said newspaper purports to
eerve the City of St Louis Park in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of
e in the City of Bloomington in said county, established and open during its regular business
s for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions' and main-
tained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and con-
trol during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular
business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto (8) Said news-
paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society- (7) Said news-
paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day
or dates of publication mentioned below (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of
State of Minnesota prior to January 1. 1988 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the
form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and
sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper

THE CITY OF ST LOUIS PARK DOES
ORDAIN
Section 1 The St Louis Park Zoning Ordi-
nance adopted December 28, 1959 Ordinance
No 730 as heretofore amended is hereby
further amended by changing the zoning dis-
tnct boundanes by reclassifying the following
