LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE SECTIONS 2:18, 4:1, 5:4 AND 7:7 INCREASING PENALTIES THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 2:18 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is amended t o read: Section 2:18. Penalties. Any person who shall violate any provision of any section or subdivision of this Chapter 2, or who shall fail to comply with any requirement thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300. 00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Section 2. Section 4:1 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is amended to read: Section 4:1. Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provision of any section or subdivision of this Chapter 4, or who shall fail to comply with any requirement thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300. 00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Section 3. Section 5:4 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is amended to read: Section 5:4. Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provision of any section or subdivision of this Chapter 5, or any code or ordinance incorporated therein by reference, or who shall fail to comply with any requirement thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300. 00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Section 4. Section 7:7 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is amended to read: Section 7:7. Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provision of any section or subdivision of this Chapter 7, or who shall fail to comply with any requirement thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Section 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect 15 days after publication. (6) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below.
