LOUIS PARI: ZONING ORDINANCE' SECTIONS 6:032.54, 6:004.6, 6:094.10 AND SECTION 6:104.10 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 6:032.54 of Ordinance No. 730 is amended to read: Section 6:032.54. Usable Open Space. A required ground area or terrace area on a lot which is graded, developed, landscaped and equipped and intended and maintained for either active or passive recreation or both, available and accessible to and usable by all persons occupying a dwelling unit or a rooming unit on the lot and their guests. Such area and improvements shall contain improvements such as: outdoor swimming pools, patio areas, game area, landscaped and grassy areas containing benches, sculpture gardens, pedestrial paths and trails, or similar outdoor fixtures or features. The least dimension of the space so provided shall be 30 feet or greater. Roofs, driveways and parking areas shall not constitute usable open space. Section 2. Section 6:084.6 of Ordinance No. 730 is amended to read: Section 6:084.6. Each lot shall contain at,least four hundred (400) square feet of usable open space for each dwelling unit contained thereon. Each lot shall contain one hundred and fifty (150) square feet of usable open space for each person accommodated in group living quarters. Section 3. Section 6:104.10 of Ordinance No. 730 is amended to read: Section 6:104.10. Each lot shall contain at least four hundred (400) square feet of usable open space for each dwelling unit contained thereon. Each lot shall contain one hundred and fifty (150) square feet of usable open space for each person accommodated in group living quarters. _ Section 4. Section 6:194.10 of Ordinance No. 730 is amended to read: Section 6:194.10. Each lot shall contain at least four hundred (400) square feet of usable open space for each dwelling unit contained thereon. Each lot shall contain one hundred and fifty (150) square feet of usable open space for each person accommodated in group living quarters. Ky Section 5.
