LOUIS PARI{ DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section Two (2) and Section Three (3) of Ordinance No. 1093, passed December 8, 1969, entitled, "An Ordinance Vacating Public Utility Easement" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2. The following described length of the Public Utility Easement, as now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, be hereby vacated: the eastern three feet of a utility easement five feet in width lying along the western boundary of Lot 4, Block 7, West Texa-Tonka Hills Addition, except for that portion lying between the south line of said Lot 4 and 45 feet north thereof as measured along the west lot line and that portion lying between the north lot line of said Lot 4 and 27 feet south thereof as measured along the west lot line Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare a Notice of Completion containing a copy of this ordinance and to file the same for record forthwith in the Office of the Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles in and for the County of Hennepin, Minnesota, abr.-the-Case may be. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council Jana. . 5, 1970. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of St. Louis Park in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of 111160 tie in the City of Bloomington in said county, established and open during its regular business s for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and main- tained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and con- trol during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society.
