LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO VARIANCES AND SPECIAL PERMITS, SECTION 6:205.5 ENTITLED "EXTENSION OF TIME", INCREASING THE FILING FEE THEREFOR THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORL'\IN: Section 1. That Section 6:205.5 of Ordinance No. 730, passed December 28, 1959, entitled the "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:205.5 Extension of Time. The City Council may grant one or more ninety (90) day extensions of time under 6:205.2, 6:205.3, and 6:205.7 beyond the termination date for such Special Use Permit or Variance. The fee for such extensions shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) for each request for extension of time, provided, however, that at the time of granting such extension the City Council may waive such fee and direct the return of a part or all thereof to the applicant if the city has not incurred additional expense by reason thereof. Said request for extension of time must be filed with the City Manager before the termination date of said Special Use Permit or Variance or extensions thereof, but such request shall not be filed more than twenty-one (21) days before said termination date or the termination date in an extension thereof. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council November 24, 1969. W JOHN BERTRAM, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all times here stated has been the vice president and printer of the newspaper known as The St Louis Park Sun and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows• (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches (2) Said newspaper is a weekly' and is distributed at least once each week. (5) Said newspaper purports to rve the City of St Louis Park in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of sue in the City of Bloomington in said county, established and open during its regular business .lours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and main- tained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and con- trol during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto, (6) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society.
