LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 846 PASSED JULY 23, 1962, RELATING TO PROCEDURE FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LANDS IN THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 6:303, Subd. (B) (1) (b), of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, entitled "Filing Fee" as amended by Ordinance No. 846 passed July 23, 1962 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:303 (B) (1) (b) Filing Fee. A fee of $50.00 plus $5.00 for each lot or each dwelling unit in a multiple dwelling project or each store in a commercial development up to a maximum amount of $500 shall be paid to the City Treasurer, for the preliminary and final plat. No additional fee is required with respect to the final plat application. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
